Leadership

Cheryl Perry

Cheryl Boe-Perry has over 30 years of marketing experience and worked on the “client side” of Houston real estate for eight years prior to starting Boe Creative in 1998. These positions included Director of Marketing/ Creative Director for Perry Homes; Director of Marketing for Royce Homes; Director of Marketing for Ashton Woods/Houston and Dallas divisions & Paramount Land Development/Houston and Dallas. Boe Creative has won dozens of PRISM, TAB Star, McSam and NAHB awards. More importantly, Perry has valuable client-side experience that gives Boe Creative insight many traditional advertising agencies simply can not offer.

We take a very proactive approach to managing marketing programs and our client’s goals become our goals. Perry is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a communications degree. Prior to locating to Texas, Perry worked in marketing for Arthur Andersen & Co., Travel & Transport, and Cincinnati Bell Information Systems. In addition to marketing, Perry is also passionate about spending time with her husband David and their dog Maggie, her family, and triathlon, She has completed eight full IRONMAN races. Perry served as a member of the USAT Foundation Ambassador Team for three years and was the group's top fundraiser in 2020. In 2023, Perry was appointed to the USAT Foundation Board of Trustees.
