Committee Updates Quality Planned Development Chairman Peter Houghton, Howard Hughes Corp. - Bridgeland This fall, Peter Houghton and Lindsey Woodard of WHA and Pam Puckett and Paula Lenz of the North Houston Association (NHA) arranged to expand the Quality Planned Development (QPD) Program. Starting in January 2016, developments in the NHA area will be encouraged to apply for and able to receive QPD certification. The QPD program’s expansion north will coincide with the launch of a new QPD website developed by the QPD Committee and Cheryl Perry of Boe Creative. Cheryl donated her time to efforts on the QPD website. She also worked with the QPD committee to develop a two-phase marketing plan that will increase the brand value of the QPD designation. The QPD Committee plans to meet the third Thursday of every other month in 2016, starting in January.
