Dr. Lance Hindt, the incoming Superintendent at Katy ISD, will take the spot of his predecessor, Alton Frailey. Finally, Matt Schaefer, the new President of Texas Children’s Hospital—West, is taking over as both WHA board member and Education and Workforce Development Committee.
Thanks to our outgoing board members, Chanda Chacon, Doug Goff, and Alton Frailey for their outstanding service. The West Houston Association is remarkably better off because of their service. Doug Goff was a valued member of the executive committee. Chanda Chacon and Alton Frailey were instrumental in establishing WHA’s Education and Workforce Development Committee. We wish all three the very best in their future endeavors.
